Beef

Currently our beef herd of is made up of 80 head of several different breeds. Hereford / Shorthorn is the most common, but we also have Red Angus and Charolais. All cattle are put to pasture in the spring and graze on grass until fall. They are also fed certified organic hay and silage. We do not use growth hormones or antibiotics.



All our animals are finished on grass and hay. We also supplement them with seaweed to make sure they have sufficient minerals to thrive.
